We at Chase SDS have experienced RMaPS CDM Coordinators who are able to provide an in-depth understanding of the regulations governing Design and Construction projects more commonly known as the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

The demand for experienced CDM Coordinators, who can offer the high levels of service required to administer CDM on a wide range of projects, is one of the driving factors behind Chase SDS to deliver Client needs.

Advice and Assistance

We provide advice and assistance to client’s to ensure they are fully aware of their duties and meet their statutory obligations.

This includes obtaining necessary information the Client must provide, assessing the competency and resources of Designers, Principal Contractors, and Contractors, and ensuring the Client is informed of all project information.

Integrated Project Management

We are used to being part of integrated project management teams and always look to provide added value to the projects we work on.

We will also ensure that HSE are notified of construction projects that fall within the appropriate criteria. We recognize the benefits to a project of good communication channels and work to ensure this is maintained on projects that we work on.
